Madelyn + McKinley Till
Madelyn and McKinley met through work in the winter of 2020. Immediate attraction on both ends was very obvious but neither were sure they were ready to jump back into the dating scene. They talked professionally for some time and in April of 2021, they finally went out on a date. The Darling Oyster Bar in Charleston, SC was the spot with a marvelous seafood tower, softshell crab, oyster shooters (literally the best) and homemade lemon drops. Madelyn was convinced she could win McKinley over with her famous Lemon Drop shot and it obviously worked! They married in November of 2022.

Madelyn graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a major in Hospitality Management and double minor in Marketing and International Business. Soon after graduation she moved to Highlands, NC for an internship at a private country club. This is where her love for the food and beverage industry really began. Being able to create unforgettable experiences and relationships with all of the members was truly amazing. It wasn't long before she began working with a wedding planning company and bar service where she learned the ins and outs of the event industry. Being a part of something so big inspired her to open her own bar service and day of coordination business.
McKinley has worked in the food and beverage industry since 2008 starting in fine dining restaurants in Columbia, SC. Between 2014 and 2018, he served as Administrative Executive Chef for a retirement community in Blythewood. McKinley has worked as a Private Chef each year at the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta since 2017. In the Fall of 2018, he worked for a motion picture catering company in Charleston. This is where he realized his own dreams and invested in himself. In June of 2019, McKinley opened up Palmetto Peach Catering and it hasn’t slowed down since! In his free time (which isn’t a lot) he enjoys offshore fishing, playing guitar, hunting, golfing, and cooking!! That’s right, even when he’s not working, he still finds his way into any kitchen he can get his hands on!
